Number 1 in Best Robot Lawn Mowers
Dreame A3 AWD 2000
From $1,699.99checked
30 robot lawn mowers from 8 brands, side by side: lawn size, slope, navigation and today’s price. Prices from $679, checked November 8, 2026.
The best-scoring model in each list. Scores compare models within one list, so 100 means best there on every point, not perfect.
Scores reward a low price, a big lawn size, steep slope ratings and long warranties, all as the makers state them. They don't measure how well a mower maps, avoids obstacles or handles your lawn, so use them to shortlist, then read the model pages.

Start with your lawn, not the spec sheet: measure the grass, the steepest slope, the tree cover and the tightest passage. Those four numbers decide which robot mowers are worth a look in our model table.
Good setup takes an afternoon and prevents most early problems. Place the antenna and charging station well, map with care, and prep the lawn before the first run.
Slope ratings come in percent or degrees, and the two scales do not match, so a 45 percent rating is only about 24 degrees. Measure your steepest spot, convert it, and then read what the maker's number really promises.
Robot mowers find their way with boundary wire, satellite RTK, LiDAR, cameras or a mix of these. Your tree cover, sky view and patience for setup decide which one fits your yard.
